This is a simple 9-tine Kalimba recorded and processed into an Ableton Drum rack. Tines were both struck with a rubber mallet and also finger plucked. Additional effect knobs are available for more expressiveness including a "Padify" knob, which turns the instrument into a lush wash of sound.
